Alex came the next day. He was very friendly and extremely patient with my high security car. When one method wasn't really working (which is where the previous guy sort of just stopped and said he couldn't complete the job), Alex found a different way. It's not an easy car to make a key for, but Alex did not give up and I was so grateful. I was expecting to get a crapy little key that I was going to have unlock every time by turning it in the door handle, but he cut me a key with the lock and unlock button on it. I was definitely not expecting that! He also cut me another backup key at no cost. He is a very friendly, professional, knowledgable and honest locksmith.
