The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was the oven was higher than the counter about a quarter inch while the back of the oven is flush with the counter. Before the kitchen floor was replaced with laminates, the entire oven was flush with the counter, and the reason was the laminate was installed under the front legs of the oven where the floor was bare before that caused the oven front to be elevated."

"Scott, the owner of Inline tile went well above and beyond to assure customer satisfaction! He and his team of two longtime employees installed 300 ft.² of Porcelanosa 24” x 24” tiles with epoxy grout. His attention to detail in regard to preliminary layout, assuring proper alignment resulted in a perfect tile job with zero lippage, perfect alignment and no epoxy residue on the face of the tiles. I had an issue with my door installer, not having properly supporting the new threshold - Scott came in and backfilled with self leveling compound and resolved this major concern, he also installed two custom fit tiles on the garage side below the threshold, greatly improving the aesthetics as you enter the kitchen and required several hours of grinding and fitting. Furthermore, he made a special visit per my request prior to the job to do a second review of the self leveling compound surface to assure that it was ready for thinset, with no adhesion issues. Scott works alongside his crew, laying the majority of the tile in the critical areas thereby providing the customer with the benefit of his years of hands-on experience.
