"Eric and his EA Homebuilders team remodeled our primary bathroom, which involved moving walls, framing, plumbing, electrical, installing a tile shower, and finishes. I had never worked with them before. Their quote was competitive, their work progressed at a rapid pace, and they finished the project in the timeframe promised. There were 2 occasions where changes needed to be made and they were reasonably accommodated without any nickel-and-diming. Eric is a great communicator and is always asking the customer if they need anything. Working with a contractor for the first time is always a nervous experience, but EA Homebuilders delivered on everything, and they will be invited to bid on all of my future projects."

"I had 2 bathrooms with water damage which needed remodeling. Michael, the owner of D S Builders, was very easy to work with. From the start, he was helpful in directing me to the places I would need to obtain the necessary supplies, i.e. tile, fixtures, lights, toilets, bathtub, ect. His paperwork was organized and specific to the time the work would take, when payments were due and the order the work would be done. He is prompt, polite and very detail oriented and he managed his sub-contractors without issue. The job site was always cleaned up at the end of everyday. He was always ready to discuss the progress, problems or alternate ways to complete the work. He is a very good communicator; and he made sure we were always on the same page. Furthermore, the quality of the work performed was outstanding! I could not have wished for a more perfect outcome! I love both my new bathrooms, and I would hire this company again in a minuet to compete any other projects."

"Julio is a person who knows how to get the job done. We put out bids to have the bathroom in our rental redone, and decided to accept his bid. He and his crew had the job done in about 2 weeks. They fixed the floor, put in new linoleum, a bathroom ceiling fan/vent and new tile around the bathtub. They also installed a roof ridge vent, along with three other roof vents. They took care of a few miscellaneous projects and cleaned up their mess. I was very pleased. I definitely plan on looking him up for future projects."
