To describe our experience- We placed a service request out on a third party site for HVAC companies. Within 5-10 minutes Tarpy called to set up an inspection and free quote. I received a call from Tal, their Sales & Marketing Manager, and she apologized for the experience we had and informed me she would refund the $49.  She also stated the salesman was no longer an employee of their company.  Based on my discussion with TAL, I have changed my overall grade of them from a C to a B."

"He did not seem prepared for the job. I had 3 ceiling fans to install and in my bedroom he dropped his drill and chipped hard wood floor which I did not notice until he was gone. Then he had to go to a home appliance store and made me pay him cash when I only had a 20$ he said that was fine, but I thought payment for extras went through the app. He kept asking for water bottles but I do not keep that stuff I use reusable water bottles. It was just overall a weird encounter."
