"The work performed was excellent - especially in our kitchen area which was really needing work. Avelino and his partner were very professional and knowledgeable as we have both travertine and ceramic tiles. The kitchen tile looks like new and the cleaning involved them down on their hands and knees scrubbing grout lines - not just using the machine. I don't know if that is usual for tile cleaning but I suspect not. For the amount of area we had cleaned and the results obtained, the price was very reasonable. You can probably find someone a little cheaper, but I doubt that they would do the same quality job as Advance."

"Bay Tile did a fabulous job on our bathroom! We had the shower tiled, recessed niche put in, and shower pan removed and replaced with tile. In addition, we replaced the bathtub surround. These guys are true craftsmen. They had so much attention to detail, and they're work is perfection! Around the tub we had some special layouts and cuts that needed to be made to fit an existing window and the tub--they did so much detailed work. I even noticed in the corner of the tub, they cut a tiny sliver of tile at an angle to fit between the tile piece and the tub edge (see pic). I bet most tilers would just caulk it and call it done. They kept their work area clean, and cleaned up after each day. And they are reasonably priced. Highly recommend!"

"Scheduling was easy. The two-man crew (the owner and his nephew) arrived on time and got to work promptly. They methodically cleaned the tile and grout and then sealed the grout in several rooms. It took a little over an hour. The floors, especially the kitchen floor, had never been deep cleaned before. They looked very clean and bright when they finished. A-1 work all around.
