They also offered to clean solar panels (for half the price of my usual company) and checked the roof. Found 2 cracked roof tiles which they took photos of and offered to source the matching tile and replace it for an amazing low price. Very happy with them!

Jacob did a great job replacing doors throughout our home. He measured, purchased, painted and installed 6 panel doors and they look great! He also fixed another door that had been sticking and making a horrible noise when opening and closing. Great attention to detail and terrific value.

5 stars for everything. Top Elevation Property Maintenance is a great company for roof gutter cleaning and roofing repairs They did an amazing job of cleaning the gutters as well as cleaning the debris left on the roof ( stuff that hadnâ t yet made it to the gutters ). They also can take a look at your roof and take pictures of anything that needs repairs. That is such a bonus. Usually you need to hire someone else separately to walk up onto your roof and see if there are any issues. In addition, For a separate fee they also wash your solar panels. Joseph and his crew are very diligent, professional, and honest. They did a Great job! I am very happy to know that my roof is ready for the winter Weather. Thank you!
