From the time they came and measured and completed the work, it took only about two weeks. The crew was amazing, professional, and followed all the COVID-19 protocols. I was extremely pleased with their professionalism and the owner Roger was great and very experienced. It was pleasure to do business with him. I would recommend them to anyone. They are a great company.

We appreciated that Roger gave us a timeline for work and things were performed on schedule. He and his sub contractors are very professional. He was so easy to work with: respectful of our ideas, courteous to our family and careful with our home. We dreaded having to do the work, but now, we can't wait to have Roger back to do more!

Roger Peverini remodeled my kitchen counter tops and backslash with granite and tile, what an amazing experience! We've had many remodels over the years and he by far was the best contractor we've ever used. He had great communication skills, awesome workmanship, and did a fantastic job! Pricing was also fair. The job went very well. Everything was done on time and as specified. We have received many compliments on our tile floor and on the bathroom shower. It looks excellent.

Roger Pavorini was prompt and courteous. We discussed what I hoped to accomplish and he explained what was involved. We discussed choices of materials and my preferences. I also asked him to look at my kitchen cabinets because I am interested in refinishing them. He emailed me separate quotes for both items within 24 hours.

Roger Peverini, did a excellent job at my home, a complete kitchen remodel, it came out prefect, was very helpful, in picking out materials, grout colors and making it all look good, Was very professional, timely. Not knowing anything about contracting, I was a bit nervous on how best to find the right contractor for my remodeling.I received 3 bids on the project and Peverini Tile came in just slightly lower than the other two. What made me decide on Roger Peverini was not just the price but his professional manner in how he explained the process, pricing, and timeline. Roger, the owner, came by twice to assure he would meet my expectations and that he had exactly what he needed to accurately access the cost. I especially liked the fact that he was able to answer my many questions in a way that I felt like I totally understood the process I was getting into. I also liked the idea he was a local family business with a very good reputation in the contracting business. I was very happy with the whole job from start to finish. He and his workers were here on time everyday. Roger communicated with me daily about progress, and what would be happening the next day. The flooring was beautiful, just how I had hoped it would be. No more carpet, yes! And the remodeled bathroom that was so dated is now something I look forward to using and have friends see. I was very pleased with how clean the work areas were left at the end of each work day. Roger and crew did an overall beautiful job that more than met my expectations. When I get some additional funds in the future for my kitchen, Roger will be my contractor of choice.

We regret doing business with Peverini. Although he says "his crews" he was not forthcoming of self performance in any way. He appears to hire sub contractors for everything. Subcontractors on my job had never worked with Peverini before. Roger Peverini could not even tell me names of people working in my home, but was quick to tell me to give them keys to my home. I had an experience where he came into my home unannounced while I was in the shower. I ended up filling a police report. Peverini has not completed my job to this date. We regret doing business with Peverini. Update: This contractors response to our review is not unexpected. It is sad that he feels the need to fabricate facts. This tells a lot about him. We have NEVER been sued by any contractor, nor do we owe any contractor or vendor monies. This is a matter of public record. Most of the contractors who worked on this job did not know Mr. PeveriniI and had not worked for him in the past. Mr. Peverini was NEVER threatened by us, no reason too, we hold his retention as the job is not complete. He did enter my home unlawfully and was NOT expected on that day. A direct quote from the Sacramento County Sherriffs Department, "Do not allow this person back into your home". Knowing he is in the wrong, he is fabricating events. We will not respond to any follow up coments; the truth speaks for itself.

I know there are people out there that will recommend a particular contractor because he may have had the best price, or may always be on time/schedule, or was a good communicator, or did a quality job, or the subcontractors and workers were harding working. If you want all of that and more, Peverini Tile, Marble, and Construction Company is a must for your project. To say that we are ecstatic about the work Roger Peverini and Company completed for us is an understatement. His stellar service starts well before the signing of a contract. His professionalism was very apparent from the first time we met. He listened, asked questions, and had suggestions that made a lot of sense. He called 2 times after our initial discussion to clarify certain aspects of our vision for our kitchen remodel. His bid arrived in writing and on time as promised. I researched several contracting companies in the Sacramento area and based on my research, put our project out to bid to the best 3 companies that I thought would do a good job. Roger’s bid was in the middle. After reviews of the bids and follow up discussions with the 3 companies, I decided to go with Roger Peverini. Mine and my wife's decision to go with Roger were based on his resume of experience, positive reviews on social media, and his professionalism dealing with our novice knowledge of construction. We found at the end of the project that we had made the right decision. He started our project on time, and finished ahead of schedule to our delight, since we were living in the house without a kitchen. He checked in with us everyday on multiple occasions to field any questions, to give us progress updates, and to explain what to expect in the way of construction the next day. Very customer focused. Roger has an excellent staff of workers and subcontractors; hard working, professional, on time, and doing quality work. Roger and staff did our tear out, cabinetry, granite installation, and appliance installation. He only subbed out about 25% of the work completed. But I can say that his subs were a strong reflection of his and his staff’s strong work ethic. The finished product was beyond amazing, my wife was absolutely thrilled. The detailing at the end really gave us our perfect kitchen. If you are where we were in looking for a quality General Contractor, believe in my review and the social media reviews that are available; I did and was rewarded for my research with a kitchen remodel we are very proud to show to family, friends, and neighbors.

The project went smoothly and on time. We are mostly impressed with Roger's attention to detail and valuable advice. When the tile countertops and backsplash were demolished the kitchen was enclosed with plastic to keep any dust confined to the work area only. Each phase of the job was completed as scheduled and the site was always left clean. We are extremely happy with the finished product and would highly recommend Peverini Tile and Marble for your remodeling projects.

The tear out 'mess' was kept to a minimum, they made every effort to keep the dust to that room only.  The workers were very professional, friendly and prompt.  We were kept informed about every step of the project.  Roger Peverini was very responsive to questions and design changes!  He gave us some design recommendations - some of which we took, some we didn't.

Roger used a tight timeline which resulted in the entire project being completed in a few weeks.  The craftsmanship of his tile workers is excellent.  The remodel turned out amazing - better than we had hoped for!!

After years of "dithering around", we decided to remodel 2 of our bathrooms, and after checking out four companies chose Peverini Tile, a contractor we had confidence in at our first meeting.  Roger, the owner, and crew were some of the best  workers we've had in our homes over the past 50 + years.  From start to finish they were timely, courteous, very competent, and left no mess.  Roger made several great suggestions we hadn't thought of, saving us money in the long run. Looking to redo a bathroom? Roger did an absolutely beautiful job installing new counter tops and backsplash in both our kitchen and bathroom.  He did an awesome job of blending the flow of the design in the quartzite within the limitations of doing a remodel.  We had several unique situations on design that made it a difficult project.  Definitely not a cookie cutter job and he worked around the issues beautifully!  

His crew was efficient, polite and work super well with each other.  They make a great team!  

I have absolutely no complaints about any of their work, the final results or the quality of the job and people that worked in our home.

From the estimate to the finish product, service was excellent.  Roger Peverini provided great suggestions and actually saved us money when we thought we wanted to also replace the window in the bath/tub enclosure.  It was not necessary.  His suggestion on a tile company, Palm Tree,  was most beneficial.  Roger's finishing touch suggestions were spot on!  The wormanship was great and the workers were a pleasure to have in our home.   They worked from the moment they got here until the days end and cleaned up after themselves. They even saved the wood floor material if we need to repair any of our original wood floors.  The entire project was completed in a very timely manner. The bathroom looks absolutely beautiful and we love it!  We highly recommend Peverini, Tile, Marble and Construction Inc.  If we ever need another job like this completed, we will definitely call Roger.
