Half way through the job Matt realized that the natural gas fire insert installation was more complex than his team's skills. He immediately sourced a specialized contractor to do that part of the job which gave us all a tremendous amount of confidence. The attention to detail was great and nothing was too big or too small to discuss. We are extremely satisfied with the end product. It looks great!"

Repair cost was amazing and they didn?t try to sell me in anything I didn?t need. Considering it was an emergency, the pricing was affordable. Customer service was good. The tech got straight to work and had already check out the unit and diagnosed it fairly quickly. "
