They quoted me a fair price for cutting down a couple of trees in my yard. They also said they would grind the stump 6 inch below the ground level and haul away the debris. They did part of the job and then left saying they had a family emergency. Over a week later they came back and picked up the stump grinder and said they would be back to remove the logs and finish the job. I called repeatedly and got Alicia to say that her husband would call me back about the unfinished work. He never did. I left messages for him on his phone is text and even took a note and attached it to their fence. They live in a fortress probably because of the kind of business they do.

We used this company once before without incidence so we hired them again. BIG MISTAKE. This crew broke a green egg bbq, put two unrepairable gouges in our wood flooring, and broke a hurricane lamp. But the worst part is the owner, William Garibaldi. He will promise you everything under the sun to replace/repair damages but in the end, nothing will happen. Please read the review from another customer regarding his damaged vehicle and check the Better Business Bureau’s website.

The crew showed up twenty minutes late. No big deal, they called. Guys worked hard, it was hot. Driver side swiped my truck in my driveway when preparing to leave from my prior residence. The owner William Garibaldi showed up and was apologetic. I offered to settle with him on the spot for an amount that was far less than what it would cost to actually repair my vehicle. After speaking to his "lawyer" on the phone, he says he has to go through his insurance company. That was fine until I found out that the insurance document he produced was not valid. The insurance company said that while he did at one point have liability insurance , he was not currently covered. The bottom line is Garibaldi Moving damaged my automobile with their truck and is not financially enough to make good on their legal obligation. I have made repeated efforts to contact and communicate with the owner to absolutely no avail. All I can say is that if you are thinking of hiring Garibaldi's Moving.... NOPE! DON'T DO IT! You might very well regret it. Everybody makes mistakes, but as a business owner you have a certain responsibility. You are responsible for whomever you decide to put in your 26' moving truck. You need to have honer and integrity. You can expect neither when you deal with this company. If anybody wants to dispute my claims, I can produce documentation to substantiate my claims.

They worked extremely hard, and did a fantastic job!!!
