"Our experience with Suj and So Cal Builders & design was very pleasant. They executed a high quality upgrade to our prior home before we sold/upgraded. We did not want anyone else to renovate our new house. Every step of the remodel was handled in a timely manner. And, honestly, Suj is quite humorous; he creates a very nice environment to be around for his team and clientele."

"The KN Remodeling team did an excellent job at our home completely remodeling 3 bathrooms, painting our entire home and rebuilding a huge planter outside. We trusted them in our home while we are out of town almost the entire time. We hired them back to do additional work in our home that they did quickly and expertly. The team was professional, very friendly, worked quickly, quietly, cleanly, and I would highly recommend them."

"Wade and the team at Malbec Builders were the general contractor for the complete remodel of my Palm Desert home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Since I was out of town for most of the project, communication was essential. Wade kept me updated with photos, videos, and FaceTime calls, so I always knew what was happening. The remodel included removing several interior walls, expanding the kitchen into a spacious great room, completely renovating all bathrooms with floor-to-ceiling tile, a new roof, exterior painting, and much more. Remodeling an older home always brings unexpected challenges, but Wade handled every issue professionally, offering practical solutions that stayed within my vision and budget. The project stayed on schedule despite the surprises. Special thanks to the project foreman, Daryl, who kept the neighbors informed and promptly addressed any concerns. I highly recommend Malbec Builders."

"We hired Greg to take out a large bedroom window and replace it with a french door. The job turned out beautiful! We were so pleased with Greg's professionalism & quality of work that we have since hired him for countless other home improvement projects. These include designing, building, & installing privacy (metal/wood) gates to secure our RV pad & installing a new vanity/sink in our guest bathroom. We have also referred our friends and colleagues to Greg and each has come back to thank us. You can't go wrong with this contractor, we highly recommend him."

"Great experience with Armada Construction! Ivan and his crew were fast, reliable and trustworthy. We hired them for an extensive bathroom remodel and loved how careful and respectful they were with our home and pets. They never left our gate open and always took time to greet our dog:) They brought our bathroom vision to life. They moved toilet, shower and vanity locations and did a beautiful installation with our tile. Definitely recommend this crew!"
