"Work was excellent. Ocean Seven Builders Crew was very professional and arrived on time. Excellent preparations before work began, covering all plants surrounding the house. Minimum lunch break, offered to use our house for lunch but had lunch outside instead. Clean-up after work was completed was excellent, no debris found on the premise. The finished work, roof looks beautiful. The initial service call was excellent taking time and covering all the work details, color, upgrade options and benefits. Excellent follow-up after initial visit via email. Very responsive to all follow-on questions. We felt like they were doing the quality of work they would do on their own homes. "Most of the existing home was demolished, new foundation and framing has beem done on the home. The existing home was 2200 square feet and it became ~5000 square feet. We added 2 new bathrooms and a powder room, remodeled the existing bathrooms, the kitchen was fully renovated.
All the work had been done with exceptional care and quality. She also designed all the interior for us from paint, to tile work , to cabinetry. All work has been done with with care, on a professional level."
