He was knowledgeable about the windows and explained the differences so I could make the best choice for the money I had to spend. The windows were replaced and I'm happy with my beautiful new sliding door. The work was done quickly and my home was left in great condition. I had no clean up to do after the workers finished. Tom helped me process all the paperwork and arranged for financing , also very helpful. I would use this company again and I would ask to work with Tom Cohen. "Work was excellent. Ocean Seven Builders Crew was very professional and arrived on time. Excellent preparations before work began, covering all plants surrounding the house. Minimum lunch break, offered to use our house for lunch but had lunch outside instead. Clean-up after work was completed was excellent, no debris found on the premise. The finished work, roof looks beautiful. The initial service call was excellent taking time and covering all the work details, color, upgrade options and benefits. Excellent follow-up after initial visit via email. Very responsive to all follow-on questions. We felt like they were doing the quality of work they would do on their own homes. "Most of the existing home was demolished, new foundation and framing has beem done on the home. The existing home was 2200 square feet and it became ~5000 square feet. We added 2 new bathrooms and a powder room, remodeled the existing bathrooms, the kitchen was fully renovated.
All the work had been done with exceptional care and quality. She also designed all the interior for us from paint, to tile work , to cabinetry. All work has been done with with care, on a professional level."

"They scheduled the visit to assess the work in a prompt way, the worker was professional and helpful in talking through potential larger projects we may want to do later...they asked me...I didn't ask for that. However, when it came down to the small project we wanted he claimed it would take more than 4 hours. I knew our work might exceed the $99, but I expected a $200-$250 estimate..not $500 to replace a 18"x65" piece of drywall and patch a 5" ceiling hole. The other factor was a focus on the "man" of the house. The woman who scheduled the call insisted on having my husband's name which came across as sexist given it was my call to use or not use their service."
