"Couldn't be more thrilled!!! Rescued me from near financial tragedy coming in after previous company performed a complete grout removal and replacement on all floors in my 1700 sqft home. Initial reaction upon arrival was that entire sections in several rooms would have to be removed and replaced again, However, after doing intense haze removal on a section of the worst room, the results were much better than we expected. His crew proceeded to razor-scrape mounds of excess cured grout from all corners, floor boards and kick-plates under cabinets. Then they made several passes through the entire house with an intense grout haze remover until all rooms had been restored to an approved standard. They then completely sealed every grout line and left a squeaky clean shine in every room. Raul and his crew cooperated and coordinated with another contractor on site that day changing out the kitchen faucet. They arrived early to be finished in the kitchen before he arrived, and filled multiple buckets with water prior to the water being shut off, so they could continue unimpeded while that work was being done. They finished their work in one day at the agreed upon price and saved me from a huge loss of time and money. "After wour father passed away in January, we decided to keep his home and prepare it for a rental.  As we needed new carpeting and window coverings throughout, we contacted several companies for bids one carpeting and for mini-blinds.
After reviewing Angie's List, we walked into Felikian's on a Saturday morning.  We were immediately greeted by Andre, the manager.  He listened as we explained our situation and then offered to show us samples.  He did not try to up-sell us but rather explained what he thought best for a quality rental property.
We made arrangements for Andre to visit the property to measure the floor and windows.  He called a couple days later and gave us the estimate for carpeting and then mini-blinds.  We returned to see him the following Saturday and paid for the work.  Although I had my Angie's List ad for Felikians, offering no sales tax, in my briefcase, Andre presented us with his written estimate and it already included the no tax offer.  We were pleased.
Andre called a few days later and said that they would be ready to install the carpeting and mini-blinds.  We delivered the keys to him and explained how to turn off the home's alarm.  On the day they arrived to install, our handyman, a trusted friend, was there to do other work.  He called me later to tell me how professional, efficient and friendly the installers were.
When we visited the property a few days later, we inspected everything and were amazed at the qu ality of the products and the work as performed.  Andre and Felikian's Carpeting are outstanding!
