"Couldn't be more thrilled!!! Rescued me from near financial tragedy coming in after previous company performed a complete grout removal and replacement on all floors in my 1700 sqft home. Initial reaction upon arrival was that entire sections in several rooms would have to be removed and replaced again, However, after doing intense haze removal on a section of the worst room, the results were much better than we expected. His crew proceeded to razor-scrape mounds of excess cured grout from all corners, floor boards and kick-plates under cabinets. Then they made several passes through the entire house with an intense grout haze remover until all rooms had been restored to an approved standard. They then completely sealed every grout line and left a squeaky clean shine in every room. Raul and his crew cooperated and coordinated with another contractor on site that day changing out the kitchen faucet. They arrived early to be finished in the kitchen before he arrived, and filled multiple buckets with water prior to the water being shut off, so they could continue unimpeded while that work was being done. They finished their work in one day at the agreed upon price and saved me from a huge loss of time and money. I feel blessed and grateful that he was available to help me out, and cannot recommend him highly enough!"

"My house is nearly 6000 sq ft. so I always get several estimates before making a decision. Again, I called several companies and Eran was the most thorough in his assessment of what I needed. He was realistic in terms of stains on my Thassos marble floors and white marble countertop in the one bathroom and carrera marble counter top in another bathrooms. He gave me a great price and for just a little extra offered to clean the downstairs marble ebtry and travertine throughout the kitchen. I agreed. I was competely impressed with the outcome. I must say I never in 100 years expected my white countertops to be 100% white again! The floors were beautiful, like new. A few tiny stains you could hardly see were there, that is all! Not bad for white marble that was 20 years old! My downstairs entry marble was shiny as new as waas the travertine. The grout looked as clean as the day it was put in! The crew was friendly, professional, and worked hard. I will definitely be calling them again!"

He phoned to tell us when he'd arrive, and when traffic caused a slight delay he phoned to let us know about that too. "After wour father passed away in January, we decided to keep his home and prepare it for a rental.  As we needed new carpeting and window coverings throughout, we contacted several companies for bids one carpeting and for mini-blinds.
After reviewing Angie's List, we walked into Felikian's on a Saturday morning.  We were immediately greeted by Andre, the manager.  He listened as we explained our situation and then offered to show us samples.  He did not try to up-sell us but rather explained what he thought best for a quality rental property.
We made arrangements for Andre to visit the property to measure the floor and windows.  He called a couple days later and gave us the estimate for carpeting and then mini-blinds.  We returned to see him the following Saturday and paid for the work.  Although I had my Angie's List ad for Felikians, offering no sales tax, in my briefcase, Andre presented us with his written estimate and it already included the no tax offer.  We were pleased.
Andre called a few days later and said that they would be ready to install the carpeting and mini-blinds.  We delivered the keys to him and explained how to turn off the home's alarm.  On the day they arrived to install, our handyman, a trusted friend, was there to do other work.  He called me later to tell me how professional, efficient and friendly the installers were.
When we visited the property a few days later, we inspected everything and were amazed at the qu ality of the products and the work as performed.  Andre and Felikian's Carpeting are outstanding!

 We didn't satisfy his initial service (which I believe was just an accident nothing to do with their quality of service), and contact them again and receive immediate positive response to come back to do the service again.  FIVE STAR service !!! Highly recommended. Reasonable price for the additional sq ft.  We have hired multiple people for different types of service needs for the new house that we just recently move in.  None of them can top Concrete & marble Transformerz's service.
