Initial reaction upon arrival was that entire sections in several rooms would have to be removed and replaced again, However, after doing intense haze removal on a section of the worst room, the results were much better than we expected. His crew proceeded to razor-scrape mounds of excess cured grout from all corners, floor boards and kick-plates under cabinets. Then they made several passes through the entire house with an intense grout haze remover until all rooms had been restored to an approved standard. They then completely sealed every grout line and left a squeaky clean shine in every room. Raul and his crew cooperated and coordinated with another contractor on site that day changing out the kitchen faucet. They arrived early to be finished in the kitchen before he arrived, and filled multiple buckets with water prior to the water being shut off, so they could continue unimpeded while that work was being done. They finished their work in one day at the agreed upon price and saved me from a huge loss of time and money. I feel blessed and grateful that he was available to help me out, and cannot recommend him highly enough!"
