Mandache's Painting is operated by the owner and does not have any employees. It is available for sub contracting work. Estimates are given to the customer during first initial visit and billing is given also directly to the customer, nothing is mailed. 10% discount will be given to each customer if a customer and their next door neighbor both agree by accepting my estimates to have either the interior or exterior of their homes painted. Angie's list customers will receive a $15 credit toward any accepted job proposal by Mandache's Painting.

Professional wallpaper companies have special tools like steamers and the experience to use them effectively without damaging the drywall behind it, which can get damaged if it gets too wet.
