"We had a kitchen remodeling project redone by replacing all the old cabinets in the same cabinet shapes, adding few new cabinets after expanding the kitchen space and adding a window where the stove is, new marble countertops, designed backsplash, under cabinet sink and faucet and few other items including the high efficiency appliances. Everyone that we came across during the work was: a. extremely professional b. knowledgeable about their area of expertise c. on time d. cheerful e. positive attitudes f. helpful when questions arose g. Efficient. This included the designer, manager, Charlie the project manager, installers and sub-contractors. During the remodeling Charlie took a great care about this project and he made sure to keep the rest of the house as clean as possible. All the people that worked at the house on a daily basis, left the work area neat and clean after each day's efforts. It was refreshing to work with this company because they gave us the best respect and attention while listening to all of our comments and questions. In regards to the documents and contract, the office made sure that we will understand each aspect from it even though it was easy to read and understand. We as clients definitely feel that we got what we paid for. We would highly recommend them to anyone."

"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. A friend of mine referred me to Mega Sun and I have to say I am very pleased. He helped us come up with a good design and took care of everything including scheduling inspections and approval of permits. He even accompanied us during shopping trips and provided valuable inputs to help us pick finishing materials. He is also very receptive of critical feedback and goes the extra mile to make sure we are happy with the work at the end of the day. "She was fine. We were working long distance and communication took place via phone and email. I would not ever hire someone long distance again for design work unless I see something on their website that is exactly what I like. She was very responsive though and she provided us with pictures of sample furniture and physical designs. I gave her a 'B' because she didn’t take a lot of time to customize the plan to our style. I expected her to adapt to our style, but instead she tried to make our living room fit her style. She seems to have a look that is her style and we actually asked her re-do the plan a few times before we got something usable. In the end, she is very good at what she does and she is very professional, but her design style doesn’t fit our way of living."
