"We called Pacini’s Tile Works for help with deteriorating grout in our kitchen and shower. Owner Jeff got back to us right away and put his tile specialist Joe Lee on the job. Jeff scheduled our job quickly, which was great because we were worried about damage from water leaking through the old grout. Joe worked quickly and thoroughly, replacing broken tiles, fixing the leaking spot, and putting in new grout and caulking in the kitchen. He also replaced all the grout and caulking in the shower and repaired water damage in an area adjacent to the tub. He explained all the repairs very clearly and did meticulous work.
