"David and his assistant fixed 3 holes in a second story deck then applied a metal lath and troweled on a layer of deckcretethe first day. 2nd day applied a fiberglass mat and saturated with laminating resins. David then shot a layer of knockdown texture to the deck and finally applied a resin sealer finish coat over the deck. The deck need 24 hours drying and 3 day wait before placing items on the deck. The whole project went nicely and the new deck looks great and should need a sealing in 5 years."

"We are preparing for more rain than usual and purchased a coupon for Thomas Parks Contracting to clean and repair our gutters.  Upon inspecting the roof while he was doing the gutter work, Thomas told us it was in fairly good shape and just needs some maintenance.  He also recommended a sealer.  We contracted for the work and he came within a few days with a crew to perform the work. All the work was done with professionalism and an attention to detail.  They even repaired two of our gates into the back yard - above the call of duty.  I recommend them with no reservations."

"Getting house ready to sell, so we needed a ton of work. Deon and his guys did all the trim and stripped and repainted our entire patio cover. Then they came in, fixed our drywall holes (destructive renters), and repainted the entire interior of the house. They were fantastic, and we even left on vacation for a few weeks and he sent pictures throughout of the progress. Deon and his crew also refinished our cabinets, rebuilt all of our drawers and several doors. Overall, we couldn't be happier. Great price, great work, and really good people. "Goodfellas took care of us when we needed it! We had a pipe burst between floors in our multi-level house this summer, ruining our downstairs kitchen, and effecting some cabinetry in our upstairs kitchen. Once we got that clean-up out of the way and got the insurance claim started, we started shopping around for contractors that could help us out. We had three different estimates, but Goodfellas was the least expensive while still meeting all our needs. Our project manager Danny really set up a plan that would fix the damage, while also giving our upstairs kitchen a much needed facelift. His crew foreman Nir, and his crew—especially Arnold—was very helpful and efficient. It was easy to communicate with Nir via phone and text, and I would say I spoke to Danny via email at least a few times a week. Danny was really helpful in matching our new cabinets to the paint choice I had made for the remaining cabinets. They both made sure we were happy with each step and installment, or they fixed it until we were. We even ran into some insurance trouble midway through, putting a halt on our funds for the project. After explaining the whole nightmare to Danny, he was patient and waited with us until Nationwide could pull it together to help us finish this project. And once the final money was approved, Danny’s crew was quick to finish up the kitchen so that we could return once again to our normal lives. In short, they met our demands easily and did the project quickly and proficiently. Whenever there was a confusion or problem, it was easily communicated and handled. The crews were friendly and respectful of my family and house. Arnold went out of his way to make sure my kitchen upstairs was exactly how I wanted it, even down to giving me choice of threshold trim when he could have just slapped down any ol’ trim and I probably wouldn’t have noticed. And he always had a quick smile for my children. I would recommend this company to anyone needing work done in their home."

"There were 2 teams that came to the door, one for the deck and the other for the paver project, I explained the details and even showed them a somewhat blueprint of my dream deck and these guys were on point! ... The pavers were finished quick and my old deck was demolished, the wood was in pretty bad shape. The guys built it and refinished it with the waterproof stain I had chosen. I was amazed at their hard work. Maybe once or twice they ran late by coming in 15/20 min  late,  but they did a great job overall.
The pavers had a combo of cobble stone and river stone which led to the grassy area."

"My home has been falling apart for the last decade! And I've had it! I wanted to make some major maintenance and remodel some of the rooms. I hired kirkland  through a friend who had worked with them before. And I am thankful that I did, they came out to my house and looked over all the required maintenance, and the kind of remodeling job we needed. What I didn't know was that my roof was receiving a lot of damage from the heat stress due to the hot weather we've had for years now. Thank God that they pointed it out because with the rains that came recently with El Nino I cannot imagine how much worse it could have been!
Anyway, they did a fantastic job. They re-stucco the exterior walls which were cracking, they fixed some of the major plumbing issues I had and installed new cabinets in the kitchen. We decided to also get  an island in the new design. The downstairs bathrooms got a complete make over, and a paint job that matched all the other paint jobs in the house.
Over all, these guys were fantastic. They made sure that I was aware of all the problems that the house was experiencing, and they made sure to find ways to meet my desired budget! I hope to work with them again in the future!

"I bought the Big Deal which was just for a single top coat to reseal the deck surface.  However, my deck was in a little bit worse shape than the deal allowed.  However, Ryan was awesome and added in sanding and then did the reseal for no additional charge.  The surface is not perfect but that is due to the rough pre-condition it was in and not his fault.  Shortly after the reseal the deck drains started leaking in to the garage below.  Ryan and crew came out again to fix the drain at no additional cost.  Again, this was not in the deal I bought but they provide such great customer service.  I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to friends and neighbors!
