"On Dec. 11 someone threw a cinder block through our side living room window very early in the morning. The frame was bent and my husband thought the window would have to be boarded up and we would have to wait for a new window to be ordered. Carlos came out on our emergency call to borad it up and said he could repair the frame and install new glass panes right now. The estimate seemed reasonable so we had it done. Carlos did an excellent job not only in repairing the frame and reinstalling the new window but also on how he performed the job. He carefully removed our curtains, moved our love seat out of the way, cleaned up all the broken glass and vacuumed up the remaining debris. He put everything back in its' place and made sure we were satisfied with everything he had done, which we were. He was very friendly yet professional and if we ever have the misfortune to need emergency glass repair again, or just regular service, we would definiitely call the company again and ask for Carlos.
