The crew was great (three guys, led by Eddie) and showed up on time and did a great job!

They didn't show up on time, so I called them & we rescheduled. As such, their timing was not perfect. HOWEVER, when they arrived, they were amazingly quick & excellent!

Very good service, but if you have deep stains in cement they will unlikely be able to assist.

The team from Falcon Window Cleaning arrived early, thoroughly and quickly cleaned the windows inside and out, as well as cleaned the screens. They were amazingly fast and completed the windows in our 3000 square foot house, with lots of ceiling to floor windows in 3 hours! Their price was reasonable. I recommend Falcon highly.

I hired Falcon based on their experience in the South Bay where I live. They were hired to clean the windows inside and out and the screens. I told them the house had just been painted inside and out so they needed to be very careful. They did an adequate job. A number of screens needed to be repaired after washing and Tanner, the owner, took care of it at his expense. They did a good job on the windows, all by hand (no spraying with hoses). However, they scraped paint on two windowsills outside and one inside, left water marks and dirt on most of the outside windowsills. When I pointed out some of the windowsills that needed to be wiped down they did only the ones I pointed to instead of checking all windows themselves. But the big issue is they ruined 8 screens. To their credit they are fixing them, but it was clear that the only person who really cares about quality is the owner, Tanner, and he didn't inspect the job and it was finished.

I am thrilled with the lights they put up. One of the strings was out, so they are going to purchase another and put it up. They were efficient and did a great job.

Did more than expected

I was impressed with the work that Tanner and his crew did for us. He was experiencing traffic delays, so called to let me know that they would be a bit late. They needed to return to finish the job and they did and were on time. We had our rain gutters cleaned and we haven't had a hard rain yet, but everything seems to be fine. We will hire him again.
