"Prior to meeting Brenda, I was with another realtor who I loved! But the market is and was tough, so there was no inventory. I realized that if I was going to get what I wanted, I was going to need someone who was "hungry", and was going to really advocate for me. And she's absolutely reliable! I was even travelling internationally during escrow, and we managed to close while I was abroad! So many bumps and hills along the way, but she sweat blood and tears to close that deal! I am forever grateful to her for that! THEN, she ended up helping me renovate the property from the beginning to the end! She even decorated it, and helped me stage the other side of the duplex to rent it out. You would not believe the before and after pictures! And, she did it on a budget to which no one else could compare. She managed to find furniture for a near steal...it was a miracle! Now, she still manages the online rental processes and I refer her to whomever I can! You want Brenda in your corner! She's well respected in the industry and gets her way, which is "your way"."
