Once again, Marilyn & Company came through for us again! Joe Elias is 2 for 2 in providing us what we wanted in a house and as a realtor is one you can count on. There will not be enough space to describe how fabulous Marilyn & Company were during this whole process. She arrived at our house one day after calling her with research that should have taken two days to compile. She was extremely courteous and did not exact any pressure on us to hire her. But I am glad we did! Marilyn is awesome! I originally met with her in 2019. I was interested in buying a home, but financially wasn't prepared and needed to improve my credit. Fast forward to 2022, I was in a much better position financially to afford a home and my credit had improved so I decided to start my search. Moving to the Boston area from out of state would have bordered on impossible without a dedicated team to help. Marilyn and her team blew me away with their professionalism and thoroughness. Marilyn and her team went above and beyond to find my son an apartment to rent. He was moving to the area from out of state after graduating from college, and their help was invaluable. Not only did they continue to find him the right place, but they made sure his commute was doable, the area was safe (as a mom that was one of my top priorities), affordable, and a location where a young guy could socialize. They thought of everything, and when we found that perfect home, Marilyn walked through every detail of the paperwork and every square inch of the property! She made sure my son was aware of his rental rights in MA and that he understood how to best document and communicate with the landlord. I will be forever grateful for Marilyn. She is one of the hardest and most thorough workers I've ever met!
