"Fantastic! Felipe and his two man crew showed up on time, got to work and creatively overcame the kinds of unique challenges in a 100 year old building, on both projects, e.g., the front door had metal framing that had to be replaced; the pocket doors’ slider and molding were non-standard so replacements had to be adjusted to accommodate the old school sliding door. They focused on the work, finished early and were able to take on additional small projects at a reasonable price."

"Jonathan Kim is a true professional. He got the project done within the time frame he had estimated and my furniture looked beautiful!"

"David and Sam were very helpful and knowledgeable from start to finish. It was a large kitchen/bathroom remodel in an older house that also included a partial remodel on a third bathroom to install new plumbing and electrical for a washer and dryer. They started with a 3D CAD model of the kitchen done by their designer with input from me and then followed it exactly. The finished project was beautiful and looked even better than the drawings. There were several big challenges along the way including lowering the kitchen floor and also removing a load-bearing wall which required an architect and an engineer for city approval. They had all the contacts needed and I didn't have to go out and look for them myself. They also got all needed permits and approvals and were there for all inspections. Whenever a particular part of the project wasn't quite what I expected they cheerfully redid it until I was happy. They even fixed some problems that were caused previously by other contractors during an earlier remodel. David went to the tile store with me and was available anytime I had questions on appliances and fixtures. Sam, who was in charge of the structural work, was knowledgeable in every area of construction and personally did the trickiest framing and bracing work himself to make sure it was done right. Even though the project is done they come by whenever I have a question or see something that needs a minor adjustment. They are easy to reach, always cheerful, and never avoid me or leave me hanging. They were even flexible on the pricing and gave me different options depending on my available budget. I'm going to do a bathroom addition in a few years and am planning on using them for that."

"We purchased a house and moved into a home thanks to Construction By Maya. We went from an 800 sq ft outdated bungalow to a 1700 sqf updated home. CBM was efficient, ran on time and on budget. Anyone who has even dabbled with construction in the past knows how rare it is to find someone who will show up, do what they say when they say they will, and see it through to the end. CBM hit every mark, every single time. Not once in our 5 month project did I wonder "when will they get back to me" "where are we holding, are we ok" or "am i getting screwed (which lets be honest it happens more often than you want to admit in this industry)? This is a company that truly understand how painstaking construction is even when everything runs smoothly, and they are with you every step of the way. I come from a family of contractors (they're on the east coast) and no one could believe that we were moved in ahead of schedule and within budget. It Rarely happens! Well with Construction by Maya running your project, you can feel at total ease that you are truly in the best hands possible. Whether your project is a small tiling job or a massive renovation and addition or even a new build give this company a call. You will be so glad you did."

"FIVE STARS, an â Aâ for HOME2RENOVATE! My brother and I requested estimates from various licensed contractors to renovate the exterior of our 88 year old home. The existing exterior paint was peeling, the walls were uneven with cracks and the wood window frames were rotten. Basically the exterior was a big ugly mess. HOME2RENOVATE representative, Phil Shaffer, was very professional, informative, friendly and provided us a very reasonable quote. We felt comfortable to sign the contract the same day. The work started almost immediately. Our main contact was Jonathon Gonzales, the Project Manager (PM) which was on site every day, gave us daily updates and addressed any concerns, which were minimal, given the efficiently hard work of Ignacio Cruz (Carpenter) and Ivan B. (Painter) among the PMs excellent crew. The job was completed within a very reasonable time given some rainy days, the crew did a thorough job cleaning up and the quality is AWSOME! The house looks better than new and will remain this way with the HOME2RENOVATE warranty. At first, the job promised appeared to good to be true but HOME2RENOVATE actually under promised and over delivered which is very hard to find anywhere nowadays. We highly recommend HOME2RENOVATE for all your home improvement needs!"

"Mike was punctual and very professional on this project which took a little over two days to complete. His assistant was very skilled in the kind of carpentry required for building a deck and benches incorporated into the structure. The photo shows the triangular area repaired after a spa had been removed. The new redwood had not yet been stained to match the older part of the deck."

"This pro did an amazing job building my daughter’s vanity set. I am very satisfied thank you!!"

"My husband and I hired A&A Construction for multiple projects in our condo: fireplace modernization, laundry room conversion, bathroom renovation and living room cabinetry build-ins installation. The scope of all projects required a lot of design and planning, ranging from cabinetry design to running electrical and plumbing connections, and so much more! The results are stunning. Our place looks like a completely new unit that someone just built. Arnold and Devon are knowledgable and experienced consultants who gave us lots of ideas on how to improve our place and give it more function. The entire team was professional, courteous and punctual. They catered patiently to our requests as we made some changes during the entire renovation process. Overall, we had a great experience working with the A&A team and we would hire them again in the future."
