"Where to begin? Every phase of my project was excellent! I guess I can start at the beginning but leaving the best for last: First, Alex came by to measure the counter top area in the kitchen. High tech stuff and the quartz top fit perfectly when installed! They installed my sink, faucet, disposal, and dishwasher. Then, Vlad painted the entire inside of the house with 7 colors used throughout the house! Perfect trim work! Next, Merab and Vlad put up the oak window trim and did perfect sealing work around the wall and trim. The downstairs bathroom needed ceiling work done and Vlad more than met the challenge. Merab and Vlad cut the interior and exterior oak doors, stained them, and were put up in the new door frames. A hall fan was adjusted to the correct spacing. Special cuts of wood were made and stained throughout the house. The upstairs bathroom was done so beautifully with new mirror, toilet, shower doors and floor tile. Vlad did most of the work of this project and you would be lucky to have him working on your house project. Viktar the foreman is the one who brought all of these wonderful craft persons together to create the magic. Anastasiya is the project manager from heaven. Her attention to detail is extraordinary and was vital to the success of this project. Finally, none of this would have happened if it wasn’t for Rob Rathbun, the Senior Design Consultant of America’s Dream Home Works. It was because of him that this project happened at all. He listened carefully to what I wanted to do room by room. Then he would tell me what would and what wouldn’t work within the budget or structurally. Rob is a godsend! He is the perfect first representative to meet from this wonderful, professional, company. Top notch artists of their crafts, and the paper side of the company is right there with them. I cannot say enough about all the people at ADHW. Alex, Vlad, Merab, Viktar, Anastasiya, and of course, Rob! You won’t be disappointed! I am a very tough customer to please and they’ve earned a 10 out of 5 rating! I wish I could write more to tell all what a pleasure it was to work with America’s Dream Home Works! Thank you so much! "Mediocre service and absolutely appalling customer service. Before having our granite countertops cleaned and sealed, I specifically mentioned how I had used acetone to treat certain olive oil stains and deliberately asked whether or not this would affect the cleaning and sealing process. Their technician assured me that it would not. After one hour of work, I observed that many of the areas that I had previously treated with acetone were significantly darker than other areas of our granite countertops. I am pretty sure this was due to the acetone-affected areas not having any prior sealant, so they absorbed water or cleaner or other liquids that were used during the cleaning. I asked the technician why certain areas on our granite countertops were much lighter than the darker areas. His response was ,I do not really have an answer for you. I found this answer unprofessional and unacceptable for someone who specializes in countertop repairs. As someone who is untrained and unskilled in countertop repair, even I could tell that my countertops had been cleaned and wetted by some cleaning agent and then sealed immediately without enough time for the cleaner to evaporate. The fact that I specifically asked beforehand over the phone whether or not acetone-treated areas would be affected by his cleaning and then immediately found darkening issues on these exact areas is an issue I cannot overlook. Furthermore, upon contacting Cole Restoration about my complaint, I was given a generic email response about how they want all of [their] customers to have a good experience and they asked for photos. I quickly replied with photos showing the areas of concern. This was over a month ago. Since then I have sent two follow up emails and left a voice message. Still ZERO response. All around dreadful, neglectful, and unacceptable. I can not and wont ever recommend Cole Restorations to anyone after being an afterthought to them for over a month."
