"The experience was great, from initial visit to the show room right through to install. The in-home measurement was scheduled and completed quickly. The demo was done a few days later and the non-custom portion was installed 2 days later so I didn't spend a lot of time with a plywood counter. I was regularly contacted by email, text and call with updates and to confirm dates and times, and the team was always on time for the scheduled activities. We hit 1 snag where there wasn't enough tile to finish the back splash and had to order more and wait for that to arrive so the project could be finished, but start to finish this took less time than I expected. "My Wife & I  went to a local home improvement center to purchase some tiles for both our bathrooms. We found the tile that we wanted and asked a gentleman in the flooring dept. if he had any recommendations for a tile installer. He gave me a business card for Divine Tile & Stone. Being new to the area, my Wife & I were unsure who we should go with or trust. I called the Company and Miguel answered the phone. I explained to him what I needed done. He said no problem and asked if he could come to my house and give me a free estimate. I of course said "Yes". Free is always good. Miguel arrived on time for the estimate and quickly quoted what the cost would be and how long it would take. I decided to go ahead and have them perform the job based not only on the recommendation from the home improvement center but on Miguel's demeanor. It was a good decision. From start to finish, Miguel was very professional in everything he did. He kept me informed during the whole process. From arriving on time, to performing the tile & grout job, Miguel did an outstanding job. The tile actually came out better than we could have imagined! When he left, I went out to the front of my house where he had his work area set up and I could not find anything visible that he had left behind. Nothing!
