"Erinn was my initial contact and he gave a very through and fair estimate. We had structural work done to support floor joists and large beams under the garage that needed replacing. "Excellent! Morning Star Concrete Construction, John and Chris, are top notch. This project started with demolition of a concrete driveway, digging a hugh foundation for an addition to a garage, removing about 26 yards of dirt, forming new addition, driveway and front entrance walkway. Pumped in 32 yards of concrete, colored and stamped a portion of the driveway and entrance sidewalk. Job completed on Friday by 2pm. Five days, start to finish! Workmanship is excellent. I highly recommend this company for your project."

"I hired Dalinghaus Construction to install two push Piers for a freestanding column/wall (bad clay soil causing movement). I meet with Kevin to go over the scope of work and he explained everything in detail. The price was the best I can find. Took one extra day to finish the work, but they did not charge me any additional fees. 3 month later, I had a feeling that the column/wall is moving again and call Kevin. He show up in a few days and show me there is no way that wall is still moving and he was right. They are very good at what they do and customer service is the best. Thank you very much."

"Ted showed up on the time and date we scheduled. He assessed my home’s foundation and determined that the level of repair needed did not require his company’s intervention. I was extremely impressed with Ted’s honesty and forthrightness. "Their technician did an excellent inspection job: he crawled under the house, took photos, and did a very precise measurement of the house level. However, Saber doesn't replace steel girders under what are called "Princess homes". They can do jack replacement and leveling, but first I need a rusted steel girder replaced, for which I must hire a different foundation contractor."
