He is easy to work with and very professional,thorough,courteous and efficient. Matt completed the project sooner than expected and thoroughly cleaned up the work materials and debris before leaving our home. This is my first online review - positive or negative - for any company or vendor anywhere. In early August a drunk driver barreled through a 3-way stop sign and rolled her car through my cinder block wall, which the HOA later determined was my responsibility. When facing a bit of an unknown situation, Matt responded promptly and professionally, and followed up with me in a thorough (but not pestering) manner. He and his team proactively provided samples and references, and at the time the project commenced, they were prompt, and completed the entire project in a single day. He (Matt) even cut a personal vacation short by a few days to get back to town and complete my project in the time I requested due to various holidays / travel / work obligations that I had. Candidly, I hope I don't need to hire Matt and his team again given the unique circumstances which led to working with them in the first place... but they were really easy to work with.

From the beginning Matt was very professional and honest with his assessment and price to fix my brick wall. I thought my problem was worse than it was. Matt took the time to show me what was good with the wall & the problem he would fix. Now the honest part comes in. I thought it would cost a few thousand-- he showed me a fix for a quarter of that! Excellent communication, follow-through, quality work, meticulous and timely. Owner Matt is on the job 100% of the time and is genuinely concerned with customer satisfaction. Matt has his ideas for what will work best in a given situation that come from 40 years in the business, but listens to customer and ultimately them what they want. When you hire Matt, you are hiring a consummate professional and craftsman. He is meticulous in his craft. Matt and his crew excavated a slope, then installed an interlocking block retaining wall, shaping it to fit the contours of my yard. The finished product displays precision and artisanship. Matt and his crew were always punctual and the job was completed earlier than expected. Matt was very easy to deal with, completely straight forward, returned calls quickly, and kept me informed throughout the process. He was a pleasure to do business with. I would rate his work 10-stars if that were possible. I have already recommended him to friends.

Matt did an amazing job on our front yard (concrete and masonry) and we couldn't be happier! He and his team are highly professional, always punctual, and the easiest contractor I have ever worked with. They worked fast, efficient, always cleaned after themselves, and the result is beyond our expectations! Matt did exactly what we wanted and even more - he came up with some ideas I hadn't thought about. And he is very reasonably priced for the quality that he provides. Matt came right out and gave me a quote for concrete grinding. He started and finished as scheduled; and the result was great.

I actually found Creative Masonry on the internet, but called Home Advisors. We had movers coming within 48 hours and a gate that was could not open fully due to overly large caps on adjacent pillars. The gate blocked the only entrance to the house wide enough for some of our heavy furniture. We had destroyed part of one pillar in an attempt to remove the gate, but with no luck. Matt came to our rescue with the best customer service I've ever experienced, removed the offending caps on the pillars and replace them with flat caps that look much nicer. He also perfectly repaired the pillar we destroyed. The gate opened fully, the movers successfully moved our furniture in, and no one could tell anything was done. We were much happier with the appearance and function of our front courtyard. He also repaired an ugly crack in our walkway by cutting a groove over the crack to match other grooves in the walk, and then cut a matching groove on the other side. I was very pleased with the result. All this was done in the nick of time and for a reasonable price.

Matt was easy to work with and was punctual with the time line. His work was clean and passed my expectations with the quality of work. He keep the property clean and protected out concrete prior and during the work. He provided suggestions and ideas for the desing during the process. Excellent work

Installed stacked stone on the front of my home. Matt is very professional, meticulous, detailed oriented, shows up when he says, cleans up afterwards, makes sure you are totally satisfied and very easy to work with. His many years of experience shows in the quality of his work. I would HIGHLY recommend Matt for any projects that you are looking to have done.
