"I hired Hillcrest Landscaping owned by Saul Martinez to repair or replace our old sprinkler heads and pour some concrete to finish up a sidewalk. That was in September and I have regretted it since. Do not hire this company. He is not trustworthy. He left on a Friday, said he would be back on Monday to finish up the work. I know you don't pay until the job is done but I did it and I won't do it again. Lesson learned. He got paid to finish the job and didn't. No phone call from anyone from Hillcrest Landscaping. No one came to finish up the work he said he would finish. He has been here once since with the assurance that he would be back to finish my project and I am still waiting. No call no show, again. I now have to do it myself. Some of the work will have to be hired out. Even though I have already paid Hillcrest Landscaping for the work. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! "

"My next door neighbor and I needed a major tree topping and trimming to the property line. We took 4 bids on this project. Johnson’s Tree Care won us over with Kevin Johnson’s professionalism and client care. He kept in close contact with us via text and phone. He worked with both our schedules, and came on the date proposed. His crew followed our requests to the letter. The workers had safety equipment, Kevin’s company is bonded and insured, which was important to us. The crew worked continuously and cleaned the site completely, chipping the branches and hauling everything away. Johnson’s was not the lowest bid, but we sensed a quality job. Kevin is an arborist and can « read » the pruning history of the trees. He knows his business. We got our money’s worth and will hire this company again! Thanks, Angi, for past reviews which also guided our choice of contractors."

"So far so good. Snaking of kitchen sink with very old pipes. Hopefully snake did not poke pipes. Only time will tell. Keeping fingers crossed. They did a good job explaining and triple checked for leaks before they left. Of course they tried to upsell and gave us a metal trap they did not quote us upfront for. We would have chosen it over plastic, but price difference would need to be cleared upfront. That's the only negative. Otherwise, thus far we are very happy with the result. Thank you for coming on such short notice and on time! Super appreciated. 4.5-5 stars."

"What a wonderful experience working with Welcome Home Landscape and Lawn Care. A tree company had unexpectedly taken down a eucalyptus tree, destroying my back fence, leaving a glaring view of my neighbors and creating a crisis for me and my three dogs. Ken from Welcome Home walked the land with me and we brainstormed together. He was kind and understanding, had great ideas for what we could do, and together we developed a plan in several stages that I truly believe will make a big difference. He recommended a fencing company that came out right away. We put in a deer fence that is such an improvement. Then Ken came and cleared the debris from the land, leaving a forest floor of light mulch from the leaves. The land has never looked better. Our next stage is to plant. I so look forward to working more and seeing it all flourish. I feel truly blessed to have found this company and worked with Ken. And my dogs are happy too."
