"Mr. Martinez did an excellent job. He was punctual, communicative, and worked efficiently to get the leaves and other debris out from underneath my deck. He went above and beyond in terms of cleaning up after he was done. He had an appointment directly after mine and didn't feel he quite finished the job to his satisfaction so he came back at 6 PM to make sure there was nothing left to remove and that there were no lingering odors. I was very impressed with his work ethic and would highly recommend him. Overall, a very good experience."

"Armando was fantastic at every step. His pricing is fair; he’ll work within your schedule, weekday or weekend, morning or night; and his communication is clear and doesn’t leave you uncertain of how to proceed. Overall, I highly recommend his services - it’s why I’ve worked with him twice now. He goes above and beyond for his customers."

"They did an amazing job with our yard. Very professional and highly recommended. Cleaned it up (quickly), neat and tidy, (trees, weeds, flower bed) raked and hauled it all away. VERY fair price compared to the others. Super efficient AND fast to respond."

"You don?t expect a landscaping guy to care as much as Erix and his crew did. Every detail of the sprinkler install was done thoroughly, he double-checked all the zones, made sure coverage was even, and walked me through the whole system. And he didn?t try to upsell me on stuff I didn?t need. Refreshing! I?d work with him again in a heartbeat!!!"

Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

You can paint over lead paint, or “encapsulate” it with a special paint that includes an ingredient called an encapsulant. The EPA approves encapsulation as a lead paint removal method as long as the paint remains undisturbed. Standard types of paint without an “encapsulant” from the big box stores or hardware stores do not meet EPA standards for remediation of lead-based paint.

While the EPA provides guidelines for homeowners to perform DIY lead paint removal, it is a risky process and generally not recommended due to serious health risks and strict regulatory requirements. The process requires precise safety precautions, such as wearing a respirator and protective eyeglasses, creating sealed exits, and using a HEPA vacuum for cleanup. To ensure the job is done safely, effectively, and in compliance with regulations, it is highly recommended to hire a professional lead abatement company. Certified professionals have the necessary training, experience, and specialized equipment (like chemical strippers and HEPA vacuums) to handle and dispose of hazardous materials safely.

When a surface that contains lead dust is disturbed, the dust can float about in the air for roughly an hour before settling again. Since you cannot see the dust, it is important always to wear protective gear when working with any materials that may contain lead paint and to keep children, pets, and others away from the area for as long as possible

The best disposal method for hazardous waste is recycling or donation, if possible. That way, the world can reduce its consumption of raw materials and the volume at which materials have to be treated and disposed of. If recycling or donation is not an option, most waste can be disposed of through landfills or incinerators, but their collection and treatment are separate from regular day-to-day waste disposal.

Household products such as paints, cleaners, oils, and batteries are considered hazardous and should not be disposed of with regular household waste. Instead, look for local household hazardous waste collection facilities where you can safely dispose of these items without harming the environment or human health.
