"I found these company online and I hired them to replace all the existing windows and patio doors with new fiberglass (Milgard) Ultra windows and a double French door from them a few months ago for our renovation. They provided us with an awesome price for the windows and doors themselves and for the labor of the installation as well. The representative that I spoke to was very professional and he came over to my house on the time and day that was scheduled ahead of time via the office. The people that we were involved with (including the installers and the sales man), was definitely outstanding. We had a minor issues that accorded during install, and they provided awesome post-sale support as well. The cleaners removed the window screen but while cleaning them, they destroyed my windows screen.

I have very high windows and the cleaners left behind water marks all over, did not look very good.

"The shed was built from ground up. It's 8x10, there's a shelf that's goes from
one side to the other side. There is a 36in door with a lock and a dead bolt lock
which makes it very secure.

During our first meet he over heard me tell my husband that it would be nice if
there was a light in there just in case we have to go into the shed at night. 
Well to my surprise he installed a light that runs off of solar, the light came
with 3 settings. I love it and yes I have been in the shed at night.

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
