"Serg was very communicative and professional. He walked us through what we needed and gave provided a fair price. His team did a great job with the siding and it looks seamless. Would recommend and will hire them again for any other siding needs."

"Cal Preserving delivers EXCEPTIONAL results. We had an immediate response to my request for a quote. Onsite visit 2 days later, quote that afternoon. Able to start after rain let up in Fremont - 5 days later. Absolute professional prep, treatment, and care by Francisco and Gabriel. Pressure washed our 14-yr old deck the first day - AND the pergola overhead - AND the fiberglass roofing. They ALSO cleaned the adjacent pool of cleaning debris - without being asked! Next day sanded the deck, let dry, returned to apply preservative - which brought out the original beauty of the redwood. Spectacular results. Throughout they protected downspouts, electrical connections, cleaned dirty water sitting in the base of sliding glass doors - and somehow made a squeaky deck silent. (I've walked across it 4 times tonight and there wasn't a single squeak.) Gorgeous result. I will hire this company again - recommend them for any wood related project - and have already recommended them to neighbors. We've owned this 43 year old home 20+ years - and never seen such quality restoration. This company is truly exceptional - at all levels."

"Excellent from the estimate to the completed project. Fair price and did not overcharge for extra needed dry rot work. Completed our complex job a day early. His guys are top notch, hardworking, with incredible attention to detail and quality work. Work well independently and as a team. Our home is a multi-level on a hillside, with steep roofs. The chimney reaches 3 stories high and needed siding replacement. I was amazed with Vincent and the other men who tackled that job and got the repairs done beautifully, and safely. A less honest company would have used that scenario to increase the price drastically. QCC painting only added a reasonable amount. The owner, Francisco, oversees the work and checks in frequently. He is friendly and communicates clearly. We loved everything about Custom Quality Creations. HIGHLY recommend!"

"had original rotted T1-11 siding as sheer wall replaced with plywood sheer wall, hardy blueskin, and hardie panel siding. also had vinyl replacement windows and sliding door taken out and milgard ultra fiberglass installed instead. all work performed to high quality standard. good flexibility for our participation in the process. very focused on customer satisfaction. would definitely recommend to others who know what they want from their window/door/siding contractor."

"After replacing our wooden deck we need to have the deck sealed. Platinum responded promptly. They provided options and cost estimates for different products to treat the deck. We received a written estimate the same day, the following day they powered washed the deck. Living in a coastal area the morning scheduled to treat the deck was damp. Platinum came back late in the afternoon to allow the wood to dry. The job was completed on time within budget. After the worksite was clean and the deck was beautiful. I would hire Platinum for other painting jobs, we highly recommend them."

"Benny called me right away, came out to give estimate same day. Set up appointment for next day. He was on time, did a great job power washing my vinyl siding, cleaned cutters and down spouts, plus cleaned sidewalks/porch. Very professional!!! Will have him come back yearly."

"Very professional company and very clean. Work is top notch and I would recommend them to anyone I come in contact with. Great job"

"All the people showed care to work on my house. They did a great job installing siding, windows and doors and esp paid attention to details. The pricing is reasonable and no shady additional charge after the project started. I will use them again for other jobs on the house."

"Cleaned out gutters, reaffixed/repaired gutter guards, cleaned moss/lichen growth from roof, and a few other items. Called first to clarify project requirements and provided a cost for the service. Completed the project and was professional from start to finish."

"David and his crew are amazing! They really know their "stuff". We have a 10 unit condo complex surrounded by lots of trees. Last year they did dry rot repairs, fixed or replaced gutters throughout the complex. It was quite the project! In the fall, we hired them again and they did a gutter cleaning. They really did an outstanding job on both projects. Recently, they cleaned our gutters again and fixed 27 end caps. David's team did an excellent job and even cleared away the leaves in the complex. They take pride in their work, which is a rare thing today. We really appreciate the wonderful customer service and personal touches through phone calls, texting and emails. They are quick to respond, professional and friendly. All the residents were very impressed with the work they did. Because of the fair prices, easy to work with, and always doing a fantastic job we would not hesitate to use them again. Within 5-7 years we will be looking to them for new roofs and to install the GutterHelmet System. As the treasurer of our HOA, along with the other officers, we highly recommend this company."
