We received a written estimate the same day, the following day they powered washed the deck. Living in a coastal area the morning scheduled to treat the deck was damp. Last year they did dry rot repairs, fixed or replaced gutters throughout the complex. It was quite the project! In the fall, we hired them again and they did a gutter cleaning.
