"Fredrick was awesome! There was a ton of prep work needed for this job the walls needed to be hand scraped then primed and painted. He was quick and efficient, and the end product was beautiful. He also handed the rental of the lift which is something I was asked to from others, as someone in the middle of starting a business it was little details like this that were so very helpful. Another week went by, then another, left message to please provide estimate. no response. Contacted help desk. Advised help desk we wished to cancel this contractor for non response. Another week went by and received phone message from contractor, that they needed to schedule the power wash, still no mention of estimate! This made me uncomfortable as I would then be committed to continue with no idea what it would cost."
