On time, knowledgeable, fit us into his schedule. Had a small lingering issue and he came back quickly to fix the problem. A pleasure to work with.

I would have loved to have given 5 stars as Isaac was a courteous professional who did nice work. I had three bathroom remodeled, and I think that if I was on site the job would have gone perfectly. Unfortunately I was 70 miles away so I only went to the site on weekends to check the work. I did touch base with Ron at least every other day for updates. The updates were always exaggerated as far as progress and I would become extremely frustrated when I got there and found that the work was either not done, or done wrong. I purchased and obtained most of the large items leaving only the incidentals to be purchased by Alpha Omega for which I would reimburse them. I was surprised when my final bill for these incidentals was four times what Ron had estimated. Time was not an issue, but the job was completed one month later than projected. Remodel a Bathroom Comment: This is a follow up review. I emailed Ron regarding a new toilet they installed that was leaking at the base. I never heard back from him. I had to hire a plumber. I also had to hire a painter to repair the exterior of the house from some nails that were pushed through the wall when a new vanity was installed in the upstairs bathroom. Ron will show up in person to collect full payment on the last day of work. I would recommend holding something back for awhile because you'll never get him back after he's paid. Mr. Smith assigned me an awesome worker! He worked with my ever changing additions to the bathroom remodel project with a professional and happy attitude. He was especially aware of my two indoor cats and worked with me on keeping them safe and indoors. I loved the way everything was clean and orderly for the next days work. When the toilet leaked Mr. Smith made certain the problem was taken care of even though we eventually had to install a new toilet. I love my new bathroom and will be hiring Alpha Omega Builders for future projects.

They did an excellent job on the garage. The work was completed on time and on budget. They cleaned up after each day's work and left us with the left over supplies.

Replaced large deck. Worked with me to save as much of old deck as possible to save money. Also did some major construction under house to support an overhang - great job. The only problem was the deck finish - it didn't look so good when dry as the worker overlapped the finish liquid and the overlaps could be seen. Price was very reasonable. Ron is very easy to work with and tries to please the customer.

Mr. Smith was very proficient in replacing our deck. He got the job done in about five hours and did fine work. He offered previous experience having put in a number of the decks originally. His crew was also very efficient and courteous. They cleaned up after the project.

Timely, professional ,friendly and reasonable

Alpha completed a large deck job for my elderly mother. It was a demanding job as the deck was over 20 feet above the ground. Ron and his crew were on time, cleaned up every day, actually used some of my Mother's ideas and finished on time. She is so pleased. I got numerous bids from other contractors on the Homeadvisor list and Alpha was substanitiallly less expensive. The material they used was also top grade Redwood. I would receommend them in a heartbeat..

What started as a bathroom remodel estimate ended as a livingroom remodel and wall removal. Ron and his crew were always on time and left after cleaning-up the days mess. The job is just oustanding and we will be hiring Alpha Omega Builders in the future.
