"Great! Took 6 days, 2 men plus Frederick who would be on site 3-4 times a day at least. The painters knew what they were doing, were efficient and quick, didn't downplay problem areas uncovered (e.g. dryrot) so I could decide what to do about them. Left site each day and at end of job clean. Were careful with shrubbery and nearby cars if there was any significant wind. Frederick suggested a few changes in design that were helpful and I changed my plan to incorporate them. I'd be quick to hire these folks back!"

Bathroom turned out good, all the items were installed very well with no issue, flooring looks very good.
Kitchen did not turn out so well, the floors were uneven and there were gaps between baseboard and the tile.  Dishwasher was not installed property the first time so it leaked.
Overall, it was a mixed bag.  Bathroom is still very good 6 months after the job, the tile in the kitchen is uneven but it could be due to the leveling from the old house, but I wish he could have told me before he layed it."

To get the rental ready for sale we refinished the hardwood floors, added central heat and put a washer and dryer in the unit. I'd already updated the kitchen and bath. Chong Pak's crew at Golden hill Painting did such a beautiful job painting all of the wood moldings and plaster walls, I decided to use him for the exterior which was due to be painted as well. Several people remarked on the beautiful paint job and asked who I used. The crew was so polite and friendly, no radios blasting, and they were flexible enough to work around the other subcontractors in a tight schedule to get the job done in time for the open house. Even when I chose a wrong color for the ceilings, Chong never batted and eyelash, he repainted and still got the job done in time. It was such a pleasure working with Chong and this company that I also asked them to paint the other two units and even the basement. In the 24 years we've owned this building, this is the best quality paint job and highest degree of professionalism I've had. Very reasonable for the high quality work. I plan on using this company again and would recommend them very highly to anyone."
