"Brian is a very honest person and a talented plumber. He came to our home in Truckee to help us find a leak that was leaving standing water in the crawl space. I spent most of the summer looking for the leak and couldn't figure it out. Brian was the third professional that we hired to determine the source of the problem. The first two just shrugged their shoulders and said they didn't know. Brian evaluated the situation and determined that our water system didn't appear to be leaking but agreed that the standing water in the crawl space was not normal. He felt that is was unwise to start any work until he knew exactly what was wrong. He brought in a leak detection company that he frequently works with to see if they could determine the source of the water. The leak company confirmed that our system was not leaking as Brian had said. The conclusion was the the water was ground water likely from adjacent properties. We were so grateful that Brian helped us solve this complex problem and didn't give up on us. As a veterinarian I was appreciative that Brian insisted on testing and an exact diagnosis before he began treatment. Just like I would do. We will certainly have him back when other problems arise."

"Tech was able to tell me what the error code meant but did not want me to order part until testing with volt meter. Diag appointment with volt meter did not cost extra. Tech gave me part numbers and it fixed the problem."

"It went well, the project was finished on schedule and it looks great. The taking down of the two walls opened up the are and made the kitchen look bigger and you wouldn't realize that the walls had been there. I was very fortunate to get Fred as the lead on the project and he was very good. He is very skilled in all areas, knowledgable of building codes, a hard worker and he took pride in his work. Fred would show up with his son every day at 8:30am and leave at 7:30pm. He was very good about conferring with me on any issues and offering options, fortunately there were very few problems. They did a good job on prepping to minimize the dust and Fred would make sure the place was as clean as possible every night. He was also good about letting me know if there was going to be a change in the schedule because of need to pick up materials or dispose of debri. Both he and his son were very considerate, for example when they had to drill into the cement or use the nail gun they would notify me that the noise level was going to be extremely loud so I could go outside or at least be aware, or if they needed to turn off the electric or water, they would give me advanced notice. Fred was also good about having me check as they progressed and make sure I was happy with their work and let me know what would happen next. There were no issues with the city inspector, everything got approved on the 1st visit and on the final inspection. In addition to Fred, Viktor was assigned to do the countertops and backsplash and he was also very good and did a nice job and he was hardworking. His work was done in a day and half and it looked great. As with any job, there were some minor delays due to the granite machine breaking down but nothing major. The job would have been finished in record time if that had not happened but it still finished on schedule. There was a change order that I think could have been avoided if Larry, the salesman had conferred with Fred in advance about the structure needed when the walls were taken down. Larry did do a nice job on the layout. Tanya, the Office Manager, was good about following up on issues. Going through remodeling is stressful and challenging, so I was very happy that the project got done on time and looks so beautiful."

Most sewer line specialists charge between $45 and $200 per hour for main sewer line snaking, so the time involved plays a major role. The price you’ll pay will depend on the severity of the clog, the item causing the backup, how long it takes to remove the item, and more. A more severe issue that requires unclogging a main sewer line will cost $3,100 on average.
