"We hired Ben and his team to do a full remodel of a 1940 bungalow in Burbank. Immediately upon meeting Ben I knew I wanted to work with him - he clearly has the intelligence, experience, and taste I was looking for, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Surprises arise during construction, but Ben was always direct and communicative. When a problem arose, he explained the situation, offered multiple solutions and the costs/tradeoffs of each, and we agreed together on the best course of action. "They had a crew of 6 plus supervisor. Stripped roof and repaired some of roof in one day. Second day no inspector. 3rd day did the rest of the repair including 60 ft of new 2x6 facing, Even painted it and installed the complete roof with attached garage. All finished and beat the rain!!!"
