"Great service from a great company! Jonathan and his team are professional, skilled, efficient, and reliable! Came by for a free check of current insulation (there was none!!) and arrived 15 minutes earlier than his scheduled start time! Our house is built in the early 50s with no insulation and old walls, but him and his team worked quickly and efficiently, and the difference was HUGE! Before these guys, the AC ran about 19-22 hours a day (my Nest tracks this stuff) to try to keep temperature at 74 and it almost never actually reached it till maybe 3am, then was off for an hour, then on again. During the day, house temperature would go up instead of down despite the AC's best efforts! Don't even get me started on the 500+ electric bill for a 1200 Sqft home! Now, a day after their full wall insulation from the outside (no damage to interior AT ALL), the house stayed at 73 even though the AC was powered off from 4:30pm until now, 10:20pm, and was even off most of the time before that, only coming on for a few minutes every few hours to bring it down 1 degree, the way it's supposed to work. Outside it was 90s with hot gusts of wind. I could not be happier with their work, level of expertise and professionalism, friendly demeanor, and GREAT pricing!! Masterful job, Marathon Insulation. Will definitely refer you to all my friends and family, well done and thank you for coming thru before the heat got even worse!! Props Jonathan and crew, wish you all the best."

"I loved having Caliber Drywall/Ken work on my drywall project. He made the process so easy and was so professional. He was on time/early for the initial meeting to review the project. He provided a quote and insurance documents within a few days. He was easy to communicate with, responding quickly to questions/texts. The job was completed quickly, without much disruption to the house. I think the main thing I appreciate is his kind and professional demeanor. Such a nice man to work with. I highly recommend using Caliber Drywall for any projects you may have. Thank you Ken☺️"

On average, drywall installation costs $2,000, depending on the size, complexity, accessibility, and location of the job. The typical cost range is from about $400 to $6,000, which includes materials and labor. Additional cost factors include the thickness of the drywall, the shape and height of the room, and the level of finish. The level of finish ranges from only hanging the drywall to taping and mudding the seams between panels to painting the walls.
The best type of insulation for your home depends on what you need, so the answer will depend on your specific situation. If you’re building a house, structural panels are easy to install during the building process in addition to being the most energy efficient type. If you live in a warm climate, reflective insulation may benefit you more as it costs less than other insulation types. And for standard attics, loose-fill, spray foam, or blown-in insulation work well.
If you plan to heat or cool your garage, you’ll need to insulate the garage ceiling. Insulating your garage ceiling will make your garage much more energy efficient and save on heating and cooling costs. Not only does insulation make your garage more energy efficient, it helps reduce noise and can extend the life of your garage roof. You can use fiberglass, cellulose, mineral wool, or spray foam insulation for this project.
The cost to skim coat drywall is $1.15 to $1.35 per square foot. Most of the cost is labor, for the necessary skills to apply the skim coat with precision using high-quality tools. This is a job better left to the professionals for the best outcomes.
On average, insulating an attic costs about $2,500, ranging from $1,500 to $3,500, depending on the insulation type, amount, and your attic’s accessibility. Additional cost factors include sealing air leaks, removal or replacement of insulation, and inspections. Types of insulation include:
Blown-in: $1–$4 per square foot
Spray foam: $2–$5 per square foot
Batt: $2–$4 per square foot
Structural insulated panels: $4–$7 per square foot
Loose-fill: $2–$5 per square foot
Reflective: $0.50–$1.50 per square foot
