The work was performed quickly and skillfully, with great results. They also turned the double door leading into that room into a single door, creating more space in the room. Concurrently, in the guest bathroom, the old tub was removed, and a beautiful walk-in tiled shower was installed, along with a window with a fantastic view. The project manager Rick was a pleasure to work with, and his team were all professional, conscientious, and friendly. Everything turned out just as we imagined. What we now have is okay, even ?kind-of? nice, but nowhere near the excellence we once had. We are resigned to just live with it, enjoy it and just be happy we have our house back after 10 months. RCA was friendly but not to be trusted as far a keeping the promises they continually made. Some of the workmanship was unacceptable and they had to bring in a new sub to repair it. Toward the end of the project they hired a new project manager, Tim, who was nice (though also unable to work in a timely manner). He explained that we were being squeezed in around other"
