Gavin responded to my call right away and found a way to fit me in during the week to help me out. I had a 35-year career in commercial construction project management so was refreshingly surprised and appreciative of Gavin’s high level of professionalism, polite demeanor, punctuality, and communication. Because of his experience, he was able to point out improvements to my plan that I liked.
