"We were very fortunate to have RCA recommended to us by our insurance carrier. After the early-January storms, our house suffered damage in two places: A window was completely blown off the side of the house, and we had water damage and a collapsed ceiling in one room from rain that came in through a chimney. RCA handled both repairs and everything looks good as new. They even handled the mold remediation that was required. Lance and his team were great, and kudos to their office staff (Kalin & Monique) who were always available by phone and able to provide status updates on repairs and billing. While we hope to not need them anytime soon, we would jump at the chance to hire RCA again for any house repairs. Thanks RCA!"

" Hiring Bellagio Granite and Quartz for our remodel was a huge mistake. We needed floors, countertops, and shower tile done by May 18, 2025, for our move-in, but it was a disaster. After hours, we found my husband?s tools missing and beer cans everywhere?one made into a smoking pipe. We told Francisco, the manager, who shrugged it off. Tools were returned, but it set a bad tone. The shower was a mess: they mismeasured the wall, leaving a gap they hid with a flimsy tile strip. We found they used caulk, not thin-set mortar, which is wrong and risky. Their second try cracked a tile by cutting it dry (should be wet) and they asked if we?d use it. No way! By May 18, no shower. I had to babysit their third try?they skipped waterproofing and surface prep. I translated via phone to make them fix it. Done May 21, they demanded $500 extra on top of $12,000. We refused. Work was okay only because I watched them. Despite some good reviews, Bellagio was sloppy and unprofessional. Avoid them."
