"We recently hired Urbinas to paint our front door and wouldn't recommend them. Ulysses came out to paint the door only to tell us that he wasn't able to paint a door that wasn't hung in the doorway and asked us to get our contractor to hang the door and install the hardware before painting. After having the door installed Ulysses and his father painted the door but forgot to paint the top and bottom of the door which voided our warranty with the door company. The door company came out and asked if we had hired someone who was licensed and bonded because the work didn't reflect someone who follows the Painting and Decorating Contractors of America standards. When we asked for a refund Ulysses blamed us saying we should have told him to paint the top and bottom and we are now left with a door that is now out of warranty and have to pay for another licensed and bonded painter to fix the mistake."

He explained everything thoroughy and the options and potential outcomes depending on the repair solution chosen. Scott went above and beyond by doing a few things extra to make the outcome of my projet perfect and to help me appreciate the end results. I had a newly remodeled bathroom which the original contractor and his crew were not skilled at their craft even though they cam highly recommended by someone who had just used them. Scott had to repair and repaint the entire bathroom and try to camoflage the bad texture and paint job that was done. And on the other side of the shower wall in the bedroom there were 12 nails which popped out of the wall due to the banging the crew did when remodeling my bathroom. "I found Melvin by chance after looking for several contractors to paint our townhome (prices were outrageous, between 17k-35k) to paint a 1800sq ft place with very high ceilings in places. Painting was very reasonable at about $9500 plus materials (at about $3000). Their quality of work patching holes big and small, making cracks on the wall look like it never happened, and their attention to detail was unmatched while painting baseboards, door trims, walls and ALL our cabinetry (bathrooms and kitchen). Melvin is a perfectionist! I have never been able to say that about any painter. I know that if you are reading this it will be hard for you to grasp how great this company is. But let me give you peace of mind: YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. THEY HAVE LOADS of pictures of their work for reference. They also have the most awesome handyman (Josue) and the counter top guy (Marvin).. he was incredible and very skilled at refinishing 3 bathroom counter tops. They are very organized and clean up after themselves. I truly feel that I was the luckiest person to have found them and they turn my home into an absolute gem 💎. Please give them a chance. I know how stressful it can be, to be amidst selling your home plus finding the right people to give your place some upgrades. This company was an absolute great find."

"Excellent! I thought I needed a new thermostat since I wasn’t getting any heat. Juan came over , checked the circuit breaker and found that the breaker was worn out. He replaced the breaker and found that the thermostat was still functioning. He could have said that the thermostat needed replacing too but instead he just said you needed a new circuit breaker. I really appreciated the honesty. If he said I needed the thermostat too I would have paid for both thus increasing my bill. I just want to add a few more comments about the work that he’s done for me. I first met Juan when he came over to my house to stabilize a lose tile that was above my garage door. Then I showed him mold growing next to my shower door. He found a small crack that allowed water to seep into the sheet rock. He replaced the shower door and the sheet rock that was growing mold. Then I took him to the bathroom where I showed him a bulging floor board next to the toilet. He found a small crack in the toilet tank that slowly dripped water on to the backside of toilet dripping water onto the base board. He offered to repair the tank but I told him to go ahead and replace the toilet. I can’t say enough about Juan. Whatever the problem is he’ll figure out how to fix it. When he approaches a problem he approaches with a positive attitude. Another time my ceiling fan went out and I asked him to come out to see what the problem was. Instead over the phone he told me to check the remote control. I went on Amazon and ordered a new remote control . I placed in new batteries and the fan started working. He didn’t charge me anything for the advice. I was prepared to buy a new fan and all I needed was a new remote. Juan is multi talented. I’ve recommend him to my neighbor and he’s done a couple of projects for her (leaking roof). Lastly, in a couple of weeks he’s coming over to paint my front door and put a new latch on my side gate. I’m 77 years with an injured leg so fixing things around the house is difficult for me. Juan has made my life easier."

"Patrick and his crew did a beautiful job painting our 1912 cedar shingle house. The shingles had years of old chipping paint and plenty of sun damage and they spent tons of time carefully prepping the surface, sanding, patching, and more, then coating with tinted primer and finally high quality paint. The house looks beautiful and even more importantly it is going to last longer with their thorough work. Patrick also gave good guidance on color scheme based on years of experience which we melded with our vision and landed on a combination that worked really well. Highly recommend due to the careful quality work they did on a house with lots of challenges. "
