"Edgar and his father, although fishing up another job, responded via telephone within minutes of my online request to discuss my problem. They arrived at my apartment upon completion of of their job. We easily settled on very favorable terms and Edgar and his father set to work. The plumbing issue was quite difficult; my room-mate had emptied the kitty litter box into the toilet. Fortunately it was not the clumping kind but rather crystals of silica gel. Still, the drain was seriously clogged! Edgar would not give up and tried several methods to unclog it. I was concerned he might have to remove the toilet which I knew would entail additional costs. He stayed at it and succeeded without the need to remove the toilet! He and his father both are both very friendly and professional and left my bathroom spotless. He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. "I found these company online and I hired them to replace all the existing windows and patio doors with new fiberglass (Milgard) Ultra windows and a double French door from them a few months ago for our renovation. They provided us with an awesome price for the windows and doors themselves and for the labor of the installation as well. The representative that I spoke to was very professional and he came over to my house on the time and day that was scheduled ahead of time via the office. The people that we were involved with (including the installers and the sales man), was definitely outstanding. We had a minor issues that accorded during install, and they provided awesome post-sale support as well. I recommended them to all my friends and family as a great company for any energy efficient products. They are fantastic. And have some Sunday hours, which is absolutely a great help. We purchased 2 additional exterior doors from them and this was an add on that we decided to do in the last minute and after the work was stated.
