"Edgar and his father, although fishing up another job, responded via telephone within minutes of my online request to discuss my problem. They arrived at my apartment upon completion of of their job. We easily settled on very favorable terms and Edgar and his father set to work. The plumbing issue was quite difficult; my room-mate had emptied the kitty litter box into the toilet. Fortunately it was not the clumping kind but rather crystals of silica gel. Still, the drain was seriously clogged! Edgar would not give up and tried several methods to unclog it. I was concerned he might have to remove the toilet which I knew would entail additional costs.
