it went really well, but did take some time. replacement parts were sent overnight delivery but we had to find local repair person as we live in a remote, rural community. once the repair failed, replacement funds were offered and were reasonable to buy a comparable new tv.

Kevin is very conscientious, careful and thorough. He suggested that I check the warranty for an issue even though it would cost him the job. I have never had trouble with any of his repairs. He is pleasant to deal with. As an extra bonus, he vacuums the car each time he works on it!
