The ground had not been prepared properly, there was no sand placed between the ground and new concrete, and there were no expansion joints put in, which a long driveway must have in order to not buckle in the summer. The driveway is now full of large cracks from one end to the other and there is buckling between some of the control joints, all because I trusted that the work was being done properly. Fiber was mixed into the concrete but it failed to stop the cracking."

"I called CXC Contracting because I had noticed uneven floor in one room of the house. Will Crawford inspected the concrete slab under the floor and performed accurate measurements of the house leveling inside and outside the house. Despite the uneven floor, he concluded that the house did not need any foundation repair and that the uneven floor was caused by imperfections of the concrete.slab. He spent a lot of time in my house and provided an objective assessment of the house foundations not influenced by considerations of personal advantage. He provided unbiased recommendations about how to improve the floor leveling. I was very impressed by his professional ethics and technical knowledge.
