"I had a Shearling Suede Jacket of the highest quality. My daughter's cat had a UTI infection and pee'd all over it! It was smelly and badly damaged. I wasn't sure it could be cleaned especially back to its like new condition. I sent it UPS from the bay area to Premier Leather care. It took them a few months because they had to work and work on it but they were able to remove all stains from the jacket without damaging the color or quality of the material. He did exactly what he said would do at the estimated cost. Generally I was interested in deoderizing as there was a small dog on the premise. "Jose did a great job cleaning our off-white carpet. We had had a hot water slab leak resulting in a large soiled area in our dining room. We thought we might have to discard the carpet in that room. After replacing the soaked pad and having the carpet reattached to the tack strips by another vendor, we had Jose clean the carpet. He did a fantastic job, and there is no residual stain. No one would ever guess that we had had any problem with our carpet. In addition, we had him clean the carpet in the rest of the house. It looks like a new carpet throughout the house even though it is many years old. Jose was very punctual and considerate. We will definitely call Jose in the future when we need carpet cleaning."
