"Juan and his workers were awesome! They arrived and quickly transformed our backyard, leveling, removing tree roots, bringing in fill dirt and laying sod. We are very happy with the outcome and will be using them again for future projects."

Customers say: True professional

"We hired McCormick to remodel our master bathroom, and the process couldn’t have been smoother. Khaled guided us through everything, and his team was skilled and respectful. They handled the job efficiently, stayed within budget, and kept our home tidy. Now, our bathroom feels like a relaxing oasis, with high-quality finishes and a modern touch we love. McCormick’s attention to detail really made the difference, and I’d gladly hire them for future remodels. This experience was everything we hoped for."

Small jobs welcome

"Thanks to Eco-Imagery a useless hill of scorched dirt and dead tree debris has been converted into a beautiful outdoor living space, perfect for entertaining. They hauled six mac trucks of dirt and tree stumps/roots (they had to jackhammer out the tree roots), constructed a 6' x 50' stucco wall, installed drains, and poured a large patio in under three weeks. They also added several "extras" to the job, and at no extra cost to us. The Arturo and his crew are friendly, professional, and trustworthy. I would highly recommend them!"

Dirt Hauling questions, answered by experts

Untreated lumber can be easily reused, recycled, or composted, depending on your needs and plans for future projects. If you’d rather get the excess wood off of your property, you can donate it to a lumber yard or reach out to neighbors and friends to see if they could use it.

The cost of junk removal services for private garbage collection factors in wages for labor, the cost of maintaining and operating vehicles and trailers to haul garbage to a dump or recycling center. Landfills also charge a fee to dump garbage, which varies depending on what kind of waste it is.

Branches, leaves, grass clippings, and landscaping debris are typically collected.

Once the fire pit ashes have entirely cooled, you can dispose of them with your regular garbage — just wait a day or two to be safe. However, there are lots of good uses for fire pit ashes around the house, so they’re worth saving in a bin outside. For instance, they can help repel pests from your garden and also add rich nutrients to the soil. You can also use the ashes in the winter; ashes are good at providing traction on icy driveways and can even melt snow and ice quickly.

In short, yes, contractors should clean up any debris, materials, and tools left from their projects. However, whether their services include a deep clean often depends on the contract. Most homeowners will hire an additional cleaner after construction for a thorough pass through the house to ensure the space is safe and as clean from construction dust as possible.
