"Our front yard was a muddy mess. We had a Liquid Amber Tree removed by another company we thought was the culprit for the mess. It did solve one leak, however, we had a much larger leak still! Ugh!! Well, Honest Sewer & Drain's Dustin Heffington talked to us on the phone in length determining the company could help us with our absolute muddy mess and leak! Within just an hour of Dustin working on the problem, the leak was found and the solution was told to us. Dustin did an excellent job. He was very thorough and professional. By the end of the day, the leak was repaired and the ground cleaned up. Thank you very much!! If you need a plumber, do not hesitate to contact Honest Sewer and Drain!"

"I received a text message from Mr. Drain Corp. within minutes of submitting my online request on Angi around 5:30am on a Sunday morning - very quick. Their dispatcher was friendly and professional and called me to schedule an estimate less than 3 hours later — around 8:20am — and had a service window of noon-4pm for a technician to visit and give us an estimate. "The 800 number was promptly answered at 8:30 pm and the person who took the call gave me a planned plumbing service time that fit my schedule the next day. A call from the dispatcher provided me with a heads-up when the technician was on his way from the previous job a few miles away - right in the middle of the scheduled time window. The technician was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, clean/tidy, competent and professional. Everything went as well as it could have given that one of my kids had broken the dispose-all by putting metal objects down the sink.
