Deck or Porch - Repair
On July 18th, 2025, we had a drainage system installed. With various problems in the process, we are so close to finishing the job. Today is 10/13/25, and we are not done yet. The work was fair, but getting it done is getting old. I give a 3-star rating.

So at first amazing! Was always on top of everything, phone calls, emails, and very puntual Then at the end when we noticed the doors he installed had gaps .....and I'm thinking... no professional contractor would do this but yet he did. We called him and he came out to fix BUT he Didn't fix the issue just but a Bandaid on it....which looked like it was fixed. Months later when we realized the doors were still an issue we called and messaged but he didn't respond. Also, we were calling him and messaging him about returning our house key which he never did. So we had no choice but to change the locks. With his non responsiveness we knew he was not coming back to fix his mess! We had to hire another contractor to fix his issues! Do NOT use him as a contractor

Mark Sailors and his assistant enlarged an existing rectangular 36" wide hole in a ceramic tile countertop, in order to accept a new 36" gas cooktop. The old opening wasn't deep enough to accept a new 36" cooktop; I guess they make 36" cooktops deeper these days. Anyhow, they performed the work well, and I was satisfied. Both were polite, professional, and considerate. I thought the amount charged was reasonable. Communication via texting was good; he kept me appraised of ETAs and so forth. I plan to use him again.

Bathroom - Remodel
It was a nightmare. The amount of shoddy work. Painting over hardware and light bulbs and light covers. Replace shelves that were filthy. Showed up after 10 on most days. Even though he was a month behind.Disappointed and frustrating. It would have been better to do it my self.

They were reasonable and on time. Worked hard all day long and got the job done quickly. Did a great job and found a problem that 3 other people couldn't find. I would recommend them for anything, they can do almost anything.
