"We had old clogged pipes in two different areas of the house so we called Tony’s for help. Tony came out the day I called to give a consultation. A couple of days later he sent a quote for the repairs and by the end of the week he had a crew at the my house to do the repairs. Kevin and Juan were punctual, hard working and super nice guys! Before work got started they tried their best to protect our home from the dust and dirt. I was really grateful for their efforts. They also kept us updated through out the whole process. At one point during the day there was a need to snake one of the pipes and Paul came out to help. I’ve worked with Paul before when our water heater went out so I knew we were in good hands! At the end of the day Kevin and Juan did an incredible job of cleaning! Drains are working properly again and we are thankful to have found a plumbing company with so many great workers! The price we paid was close to the quote. Once the walls were open they found some complications that couldn’t have been foreseen. We are appreciative that Kevin and Juan figured out a way to fix the problem while trying to save us money. You won’t regret hiring Tony’s Plumbing!"

"Before we could connect a new clothes dryer, we needed to replace our old spring-loaded gas valve with updated shut-off valve. Also, needed new flex aluminum vent, rigid under house. Alvin at All Season responded quickly. He and his co-worker came out, checked work to be done, and got right on it! Alvin also recommended that we change out old drain stand pipe to 2" for the new clothes washer. So we had him do that, too. We asked Alvin to check our water heater settings. Then he noticed we needed flex tubes and water installed valve replaced, which should have been done when this water heater was installed. So Alvin took care of that for us. Alvin is very nice, professional and patient; a pleasure to work with."

"Good Guy Plumbing was able to come out to the house and provide a price quote the same day I called for a job to replace our main water line in front of our house. It had a pinhole leak. The price estimate was fair and a little less than another competing plumbing service in our area. They were able to schedule the plumbing crew to come out the very next day to do the work, and they got it all done in the time frame they promised within just that one day. The two crew members were professional, thorough, answered all our questions, and did a good job of cleaning up when the job was done. They even fixed a small, second leak they happened to see in our sprinkler pipes while they were doing the main line replacement. The new main water line has been in place for over a week now, and everything is working as it should. The only reason I gave Good Guy Plumbing an overall rating of 4.5 instead of 5 is because of a small issue that came up related to the price quoted and the final price. The price quote was based on their initial assessment that our main line should be replaced with a 3/4-inch pipe. However, once the crew dug up the old pipe, they discovered that the old main line had been 1-inch diameter, and installing a new 1-inch pipe added $200 to our final price. The crew let us know as they were starting the job that they would need a larger pipe, and that the price quote would increase by $200. Despite this issue, I think it was an honest mistake which the owner apologized for, and I would use Good Guys Plumbing again."

BTW. This was 10pm at night. His quick response was a plus for me. I had one other respond but he over extended himself to my need. He came at 7amd and said....you need a new water heater. "We have a strange leak in our basement that recurs every time it rains. To figure out the potential source, we called Alpha Structural, and the entire team was outstanding from the get-go. Lisa Hunter first took a detailed account of and keen interest in our situation, and then Gary Coffing came to inspect our house. Gary possesses an incredible wealth of knowledge about foundation and structural integrity, and gave us a very fair assessment of what might be happening, and what we could and should try first. Rather than make a hard sell to engage Alpha in a major investigation, he suggested we first try a few simpler solutions, including fixing the grading of our soil leading to the basement as well as our gutters. Perhaps this won't work and perhaps it will, but the point is he gave us a full account of what may be happening and a number of specific things to try before pulling the trigger on a major structural ordeal.
